MEET OUR RESIDENT CARE DIRECTORS
Resident Care Directors are charged with the general oversight and supervision on the floor on each working shift. While the Resident Care Directors also do everything that a Direct Care Staff person does, they are charged with administering all medications to the residents as well. Resident Care Directors are charged with all charting, medication documentation, communication with the administrator and also communicating with doctors, families, etc.
Resident Care Directors are all trained in accordance with state regulations and Rebecca's policies and must have the following training; 16 Hour Medication Administration Course, Diabetes Education, CPR, First Aid, Rebecca's Policies and Procedures, Proper Lifting and Transferring Techniques and the 12 Hour Mandated State Training.
Resident Care Directors must have a high school diploma and pass a complete state police background check before being employed by Rebecca's Personal Care Home Inc.
All Resident Care Directors must pass a complete state police background check and have a high school diploma or GED.
