ADMINISTRATOR

             As of October 1, 2018, Stephenie Russell was hired as the new administrator of Rebecca's Personal Care Home Inc.  However she is new to the position, Stephenie is not new to Rebecca's.  Stephenie has been on staff at Rebecca's for going on four years. 

              Stephenie started at Rebecca's as a direct care staff person and then as a resident care director.  Stephenie is currently enrolled at Alleghany College of Maryland, in the nursing program.  In September of 2018 she received her 100 hour administrators certification for personal care homes.  Stephenie also has received her train the trainer certificate in the state medication administration course, which allows her to train staff in administering medications. 

             Stephenie is a compassionate person that truly cares about the care that the  residents receive.  Stephenie is available for any questions or concerns that you may have about your loved one at Rebecca's, possible placement at Rebecca's or personal care home regulations.

                  The administrator of Rebecca's Personal Care Home Inc. is charged with oversight of all aspects of resident care, staff and ensuring compliance with regulations.  The administrator is also charged with maintaining open and clear communications with families, physicians and other health care agencies regarding the care of the residents.
